[#21551] Searching for Pedersen relatives from Mandal or Kristiansand

I am searching for my Pedersen relatives in Norway. My grandfather was Kristian Pedersen, born in 1881 and was a carpenter. He also had a farm outside Mandal. His wife was Sophie, born around 1886. Kristian and Sophie crossed the Atlantic to have their four children in the US, two of whom died in childhood. Kristian took the two remaining children, Florence and Catherine, to the United States for the last time in 1936 on the SS Stavangerfjord, settled in Springfield, Massachusetts and left Sophie with a couple in Mandal. She was mentally ill and smoked a pipe. She died a few years thereafter.
