I am looking for a Kongebrev dated 29 July 1745 that granted permission for two of my ancestors to be married. I understand that such a letter may appear in the archive called 'Danske Kancelli' in the files 'Norske Registre'.My question is: Does this archive appear in a digital format?They were married in Norway on 11 November 1745. Their names were Iver Jørgenss. Høgh and Anna Bagge Holterman. This is recorded in the church book for Borgund parish in Møre and Romsdal . The marriage record had the following notation:K: Copul. i Wegsund, eftter Kongel. Tilladelse af 29. Julii 1745 ...

Not many of this kind of permissions are saved in extenso. The couple had to pay a fee, however, and for some cases some information may be found in church accounts.
