[#39500] Tonstad farms in 1900

Can anyone help me? I can't seem to locate farms in the Tonstad Kommune (Vest-Agder) in the 1900 census. For example, #50 Seland, #48 Josdal, #37 Rægevig. I found some other farms named Seland, but they are in different Kommunes and have different farm numbers.I would appreciate any help!Hilsen Patricia

Tonstad is now Sirdal kommune. The census 1900 is lost. But you can search the 1865 and 1875 census in the link from Gunn. 1801 census Bakke ref : Lenke

Thank you, GrySo, the census for Sirdal does not exist anymore? That explains why I could not find so many family members in 1900! I found most in 1865 on this website. I checked out that link you gave me. It does not look like the 1875 census is searchable online. Do you know if there are any searchable databases for Sirdal/Tonstad on the Internet, other than the Digitalarkivet and LDS sites?Thanks again for your help.Hilsen Patricia

Hello GryI searched this database, but unfortunately, I didn't find anyone I was looking for. There were only 49 people listed for all of Siredalen in this database. The odds were not in my favor!Thank you though. I do appreciate your help!Hilsen Patricia
