Hi!Unfortunately, I don't have my notes available, but the homepage [url="http://www.rolfsteinar.net/slekt/adolf.txt>http://www.rolfsteinar.net/slekt/adolf.txt seem to cover the basic information from the Sør-Audnedal Bygdebok concerning Hujes ancestors, search eg for Roland. On Lenke you can corroborate this information with excerpts from the information gathered in connection with the death of most of those who lived in this area. I don't know if you read Norwegian, but I believe it should be a relatively easy task to find the relevant farms in the list and go through them in order to find names of interest and then ask again for a translation if you need one. For instance on

Huje døde 1790.(may be mixup with stillborn) and therefor it's two Huje Gunnarsson RolandHis father176.Gunder Hujesen født 1667, Roland, Sør-Audnedal, gift Gjertrud Rolvsdatter, født 1670, død 1733. Gunder døde 1755.His gr. father352.Huje Aanundsen født 1639, Roland, Sør-Audnedal, død 1733.His gr. gr. father704.Aanund Hujesen født 1615, Roland, Sør-Audnedal, gift Tarjer Lauritsdatter, død 1669.His GG grandfather1408.Huje Roland født Roland, Sør-Audnedal.who must be identical with my 1. Huje Olufsson Roland who in 1631 acording to the Bygdebok takes over at part in Roland after his father. He may be verified in the 1663-66 census.In due time I might do some research om the younger generations, but for the moment I don't seem to need them. So the imformation from the link have to be checked.
