There are several people with the surname Faaberg in Oslo: LenkeAs you can see above Harald Ingolf was born on March 9 1998 and he died in Søgne on June 18, 1976. His wife was born on April 13 1903 and died in Søgne April 18, 1980.

Elle Faaberg died in Arendal, she was a teacher and died on December 7, 1979. I think that Mary-Ann was also right about Johan Christian in her post n° 15.I found this marriage in Bergen. It's said that he was born in Ålesund, but I'll check the churchbook and see what his father's name is. I'm quite positive as the birthdaate corresponds to your Johan Christian: LenkeHis wife is Anna Marie Hansen. They were married in Korskirken in Bergen on December 12, 1889.

His wife was born in Bergen (I forgot to mention that) and they have only one child, Harald born in 1890.There are several Johan Christian/Kristian Olsen who died in Bergen, so it'll be difficult to find his death date.Here is Harald's birth in 1890:

I hope Anna-Lisa won't get too confused here since these people are not related to her but to the wife of her grand-uncle (Harald) Ingolf Faaberg.I've checked the churchbooks around Eigersund, and I can't find his wife's birth anywhere. Maybe she was born in Kristiansand too?The question now is whether or not she'll be able to get into contact with some Fogh, Faaberg/Fåberg or Olsen cousins. A possibility would be to contact some of those that we find in the phonebook today. See the links above, Anna-Lisa.
