hi i am wondering if anybody can help me translate this marriage entry[url="http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?idx_kildeid=9153&idx_id=9153&uid=ny&idx_side=-153>Lenkefirst page second entry marriage between ole jørgensen and inger andersdatter as i am trying to find out more information on these two people, being able to find out maybe their fathers name or farm or their occupation would help me to find out more, they are parents to barbra marie olsdatter born 15 may 1816 in grue hedmark this is the birth entry of that child

I think the farmnames are STEMSRUD and BYE in 1801 c.LenkeWhen Barbra Marie was born I think they lived at Monsrud ( place under Stemsrud farm)I will see if I can find more information. Best regards from Gunn.

The announcement of marriage 14/8 does not tell much: Batchelor Ole Jørgensen Stemsrud and girl Inger Andersdatter Bye. The witnesses C.Schulstad and Lars Nilsen Bye. They were married 11/11 1813.

Chr. 3 Aug. 18235. Maren Olsdtr¨. Chr. 6 May 18276. Maren Olsdtr . b. 31 Des.1833 Chr. 23 Feb. 1834 ( probably named after the 1. Maren died?)7.Arne Olsen Chr. 1.May 1831I think you will find the children in the Grue Churchbook.Gunn.

I made a parents search on Jørgen Monsen and Eli Olsdatter too.Here are the children: Ole Jørgensen b. 1780 had one older brother Chr.15.Nov 1772.named Ole. ( d. early?) Lenke3. girls named Marthe . 1776 12.May, 1783,8.Jul, 1785,24 Jun.Arne Jørgensen Chr. 8.Jan 1776Gunn

I think that OLe Jørgensen and his mother lives on the same farm Sorchnæss in GRue in 1801 c. Oles father Jørgen Monsen probably dead earlier.LenkeGunn
