Baptism of Iver Tobiasen, abt 1753, Ostfold, Norway

Iver Tobiasen and Berthe Evensdatter were enaged 16 Oct 1783 and married 30 Nov 1783 in Tune , see http://www.arkivverk...dx_side=-85. I cannot tell what the farm name for Iver is. I am trying to find his baptism date. Does anyone know when and where he was baptized?

The marriage record sais Iver Tobiasen Søndre Videnæsset Schitvedt (Skiptvedt) and in 1801 this is the farm:

Look at this baptsm of Ole in 1752, 12. Sunday after Trinity sunday (Dominica Trinitatis) = 20. August

with parents Tobias Iversen and Kisti Pedersdtr. Perhaps we'll find Iver's baptism here?

I have not found Iver's baptism. Perhaps someone can look in 'Skiptvedt gårdshistorie' for you?

The baptisms from April 1756-December 1757 are missing in the Skiptvet parish register There was also a baptism for a Peder (1747) as well as Ole 1752, and Margrethe (1754) all children of Tobias Iversen and Kirsti Pedersdatter recorded in the Skiptvet parish register. The baptisms for Skiptvet (except the missing ones in 1756-1757) have been indexed at familysearch.org. I searched 1740-1765 and found only 3 children of Tobias and Kirsti. I also searched the parish register as well between 1747 and 1756 and found nothing. Given Iver also had two children named Kiersti, I suspect he belongs to this family and he was either born during the missing record period, or the family lived somewhere else at the time of his baptism.

According to "Skiptvet gårdshistorie" Iver Tobiason (app. 1757 - 1834) was the son of Tobias Iverson and Kirsti Olsdatter on the farm Vinesdalen. They lived on Solberg when he was confirmed in 1776. Married to Berthe Evensdatter (app. 1761-1841), the daughter of Even Jørgenson and Guri Syversdatter - Morthaugen in Tune.

Iver and Berthe had the following children:

Kirsti (1788-1790)

Even (1790- )

Ole (1792- ) married 1822 to Andrine Hansdatter from Bru

Tobias Iversøn's 2nd marriage - to Kari Gulbrandsdatter (app.1742-1780) - children:

Kirsti (1774-1834) married 1812 to Mathias Pettersøn

Ole (1778- ) married 1811 to Anne Eriksdatter

 

Tobias' 3rd marriage - to Mari Svensdatter in 1781. She died in 1782.
