Need help with parish/farm name in marriage record for Per Havlorsen and Helga Jacobsdatter

The marriage record from 9 Jul 1833 in Jelsa, Rogaland for Per Halvorsen and Helga Jacobsdatter has a column for where they came from/where they were born.  The record is #10.  Can someone decipher where Per Halvorsen is from?  I searched all of the parishes and could not find one with a name that looked similar to the marriage record and I am not yet familiar with all of the farm names to recognize the name.

Where is Østerhuus?  I have looked online and all I am coming up with is Birkenes or Grimstad?  It looks like it is related to Aust-Agder?
