Looking for information on Jon Olson Foss

Looking for information on Jon Olson Foss (b.1540) in Hjemeland parish.  He is found in Hjelmeland Gardar og Folk which notes he was also a user of the Skår and Tøtland farms before 1608.  I'm trying to understand when he may have been at those farms.   I don't have access to the digital copy of bygdeboks and was hoping someone could look up the farm histories for Skår and Tøtland for this period and if possible include the scanned copies so I can continue my research.  I appreciate any help I can get.
