emigrated relatives from Russia

Dear Madam/Sir. 

My name is Oleg Korneichev, I am a descendant of a man who emigrated from Russia at the beginning of the 20th century. I try to find info on the name of Parshe(i)nsky Leonid Erminingeldovich. This is my great-grandfather, who was not the last person in Arkhangelsk (the provincial secretary).

Then he remained on the side of the white troops with his brother Nikolai, later on they emigrated, and on April 29, 1920 were in the camp of Vårnes, Norway. Next , everything is lost... 

The third brother, Konstantin, remained in Russia and lived in the city.

I know that in July 1920, the Vårnes camp was closed and people were resettled in Norway and abroad. Could you help and refer me to an appropriate institution that may have relevant information about my ancestor, please.
