I can't figure out how to print all the wonderful data that is displayed when the number of columns exceed the space available using 11' X 8 1/2 ' paper in landscape mode. When I reduce the font size I can see all the columns of data butmy browser still prints in oiginal font size. I tried show/hid variables and unable to get it to work. Once variables are deleted to make the page less wide there is no reset on the page to click? If I click on reload it doesn't work, no variables are eliminated.Thanks for you help in advance.Dave Nesheim

What about to copy and paste into a word document before you print out the data?

And may be the best way is to copy into a spreadsheet.You will keep formating when you copy to other formates.
