Sorry this is not in Norwegian. I have ancestors from the following farms by Hobol: Steenbol, Kragerud,Bierved and Braathe. My great grandfather took the Steenbol name (Stembol). I understand that the Bygdebok for Hobol would have a history for each of these farms. Anyone know how I can get copies of these histories? Thanks, Art Grumm awg@aol.com

Hi,As you might know we have two different kind of bygdebøker in Norway. Some are farm stories, some community stories. Many places have both, but I thought the Hobøl ones were just community stories without any genealogy and farm stories in them?Just in case I would have checked this out 100% before I ordered anything! By the way – you know that several of the parish records from Hobøl are online on Hogne Holst’s homepages?Marius
