I am seeking information about Rakel Tostensdatter, daughter of Tosten Lervertsen and Astrei Torgjesdatter of Vestre SkogsfjordRakel, and her twin sister Berte, were born at Vestre Skogsford 25 September, 1817 and baptised at Halse, 5 October, 1817. Rakel then disappears until the 1865 Mandal census which records her living at Fjeldemandsgaden, Mandal with her 17 year old daughter Randine A. Johannesdatter.LenkeThanks to Jan Helge, Harald, and Richard for their replies in Topic #26576 which gave me considerable information about twin sister Berte Tostensdatter and elder brothers, Eilert and Knud (my g-g-grandfather).I would be most grateful to know if there is any further record of Rakel Tostensdatter.Best, JK
