I am trying to find the death records for:• Karen Christensdatter Sander died ca. 1864-1867• Carelius Nicolai Reffling b.1862, died ?Karen Christensdatter (or Christiansdatter) Sander was christened 3 Dec 1826, Grue, Hedmark, Norway.She was married to Christopher Jacobsen Reffling (Refling, Ringsaker?, b. 1818, Skedsmo)We think Karen died during or after childbirth bearing a son named Frithjof. Our records show that Frithjof was born, and died, 31 Jan 1864.Christopher remarried Pauline Amundsdatter 6 May 1867 in Oslo. (Could the deceased first wife, Karen, be mentioned on this marriage record?)Karen Christensdatter Sander & Christopher Jacobsen Reffling bore a son named Carelius Nicolai Reffling, born 25 Jan 1862, Oslo. He never emigrated to America as the rest of the family did. He simply vanished.
