[#34032] Where is Akero or Akevo? Help in translating the parish records.

I have found the parish records for many of my ancestors but I am having a terrible time translating them so that I can understand what they mean. I have a gr, gr, grandfather that was from Akero or at least that is what it looks like on his marriage and death record. But I can't find this place.

Agerø/Akerø/Aukra also is the name of a parish.Your surname indicates a connection to Finnøy (Finnø)? - Finnøy is an island located at Harøya (Steinshamn), not far from Sandøya, Agerø/Aukra (parish).
