The 1930 census will not be published until 2030. The censuses have to be at least 100 years old here in Norway before the public can see the information.

The statement in (2) is not true for municipal censuses. The Law of Statistics 1907 does not include them, just national censuses. Municipal censuses are required by the general 'Law of Personal Protection' to close the records for research until 60 years after origin.It seem like there was held a municipal census in 1930, according to this site:Lenke
