[#37496] Submitting farm photo

I'd like to submit a farm photo but the only one I have also has people in it. Is that allowed?

It depends a bit on how old the photo is, who has the rights to it, and whether or not anyone can be offended.If the persons can be identified, and they are still alive, then it would be wise not to submit it. If the photo can offend or harm anyone, then it should not be submitted. If the person that took the photo, or his/hers relatives, still has rights to it, then you should not submit it.If neither of these conditions are found to exist, then you may submit it.

The photo was taken around 1926 and all of the people in it are no longer living, but there is most likely to be children and grandchildren who are living. Perhaps even on the farm itself. I think it is still in the family. The real focus of the photo is the people with only a couple of the buildings in the back ground, so perhaps it is not the best example to submit.
