Lenke I have two questions regarding this particular record: Why does it only show the birth date and not the baptismal date? and Do the % symbols indicate that the baby was adopted?

%word% indicates that this is how the name first was written %Hansen%, but later it has been changed and corrected to Nielsen.The baptismal date should normally appear on the top line, and does not on this record. It seems to be an error.
