I am wondering what it says where the christening date should be. This baby died, and I wonder if that is what the writing says. Page 52, # 101 Johannes. I think that the link says that 'the death prevented the home baptism to bee confirmed'

Hello Mary Ellen.I've som problems with the writing in that column, but it's obviously that the meaning is about the christening at home (hjemmedåp). I think the writing says something about that the baby died before 'hjemmedåpen' could be confirmed in the church. In the last column you can read: '30de juli af Christopher Larsen Lund' (baptized at home 30th of july by Christopher Larsen Lund'.Mvh. Bjørn Olav
