The photo has Norma standing and I am sitting next to Marjorie Dahl-( Marge had Alzheimer’s and is holding a baby doll) her mother (Anna Hale) and Louis Hale were brother and sister and immigrated from Norway. I would love to know more about your family- as you probably know Nina and Louis were divorced when my mother was a year old-I only saw Nina a few times in my life and she was not in my mother’s life. My mother grew up in a home for girls until she went to high school and then came to Minnesota to live with Marge until she graduated from high school-I think she spent summers with her father in Chicago. When Nina’s husband died she moved to Florida- I wish that I had gotten to know her better.Attached is a file showing that our daughter Deborah married again (Michael Benedict) and she has a daughter Lauren Emilie who is now 4 ½ years old. Nina Nanna Nilsen Hale ev Myrvik besökte Norge i sluten av 1920 talet. Troligen kom hon till Bergen. Skulle vilja veta mer om hennes besök. När kom hon och hur länge stannade hon.
