Wikipedia : born in 1880 on the farm Itland by Hidra (island). She lived in Lyngdal, and later on Sjølingstad in Lindesnes. She married Ansgar Hjorteland from Hjorteland in Halse. They were over a long period empolyed at Sjølingstad woolfactory in Lindesnes
