Johannes Olsen b. 1808 Oslo Hospital Official Parish register page 293 (which is listed as 1809 but contains 1808 records). Could someone tell me what this record says for the father's name, please. It looks like 'Ole Brynnilosens'. I had this record previously but wasn't sure it's the ancestor I'm seeking because the father is supposed to be Ole Olsen and the name recorded doesn't look like it says Ole Olsen.

I'm seeking the parents of Ole Brynildsen & submitting my query in this manner so previously provided information will be evident. Ole Brynildsen marriage record interpreted by Torodd Kinn, states Ole was a day labourer on farm Søndre Langenæs & not necessarily that he was born there. Is there any record available, anywhere, where I can find who the parents are of Ole Brynildsen? Have been unable to locate any record for him other than his marriage to Olea. I could find Ole Brynildsen(s)in Holand, Ostfold but unable to connect him to Olea Berntsdatr. Assistance greatly appreciated.

Previous researchers in the Debate forum said there was an error in the marriage record of Johannes Olsen & that his father isn't Ole Olsen but Ole Brynildsen. In the marriage record for Johannes to Katrine Ingebretsdtr (December 1828, Aker parish) his father is Olsen, her father is Olsen & the witness is Olsen. The researcher said 'the priest wasn't paying proper attention'. The research with the father being Ole Brynildsen seems to make more sense & Johanne's son, Berent (Bernt) appears to be named after his maternal grandfather. I couldn't find any connection of a Johannes Olsen to an Ole Olsen & believe the researcher is correct in the fact that his father is Ole Brynildsen. Thank you for your help.
