I have an old photo taken by Nyblinn in Kristiania. On the back of the picture it has these words:Enegerettiget 1885Does it mean the photo was taken in 1885? Or does this date mean something else?I would appreciate any assistance.Hilsen Patti

'Eneberettiget 1885' means the photographer claimed full rights for the photo. The photo must have been taken i 1885 OR later, '1885' pointing back to year he claimed copyrights for his photos.There were several Nyblin-photographers in Oslo, one calling himself Nyblinn (Daniel Georg Nyblin (1826-1910)).
