[#80674] Question about the familybackground of Aaslou Andersdatter in Fjære b. ca 1702

I am looking for information about the familybackground of my ancestor Aaslou Andersdr (ca 1702-1762) who lived in Grømstad, Fjære. She was married to Søren Rasmussen Gjessing.Aaslou was once called: Aaslou Bentsdatter. But this has been misread at the baptism of her son Rasmus in 1736. It was mentioned: moderen Aaslou, barnets navn... and not Bentsdatter (see link her below in 1736).In 1755 at the baptism of her grandson Søren she is called: Aaslou Andersdatter (see link in 1755). And this looks right, because her first son has been called 'Anders' and the name 'Bent' never showed up at her descendants.I have never found any information about Aaslou's familybackground. I have read all probate records of Nedenes sorenskriveri at the digitised probate material, as far as legible,from 1698 untill abt. 1734, but I could not find any indications for Aaslou's family. Her family is not mentioned in the book of J. Landgraff's Grimstadslægter, neither in the book of Johan Tveite: Landvik, Ætt og Odel.So I concentrated at the churchrecords in Fjære. From almost all sponsors at the baptisms of Aaslou's children, I could find information about their background, without any indication for a familyrelation to Aaslou. One of the sponsors i.e. Aasmund Samuelsen or his wife Esther Tønnesdr got my attention, because of their repeated presence at baptisms of children/grandchildren of Aaslou and Aaslou Andersdatter was seen as a sponsor at the baptism of a child of Aasmund and Esther in 1747. For the rest Aaslou does not show up in the churchrecords as a sponsor.Aaslou and Søren Rasmussen had four children. Three baptisms are mentioned in the churchrecords (the baptism of their first son Anders was in 1731, no record available).The sponsors at these baptisms (Øyestad/Fjære klokkerbok) have been:Aasmund Samuelsen sponsor: 1733 Christina Margrethe parents Søren Rasmussen (Persen must have been a failure) Aaslou.
