Since the 1910 census will be published in December will that also mean the records for 1930's will also be published in the next year?

Most church records from the 1930s and later are not yet handed over to the Regional state archives, hence they can't be digitized. Moreover, there are legislation that limits how much we can publish. For instance, baptisms after 1930 will not be available for a period of 100 years, because the lists of baptisms may contain information about adoptions.
