When Andreas' daughter Marthe was christened 23 April 1848 in Grue, Arne Arnesen or Kersti Arnesdr. were not on the fadders list.

hi ron in entry 25 of andreas confirmation (it is probably a silly question) but how do you know they are not married and if that is the case then the marriage entry of 1815 of svenkerud and kersti arnesdatter cant be the marriage of arne and kersti which means if they got married it was after 1831 in grue as andreas was confirmed in grueole vidar

Ole,if you look at Andreas parents it says ' Arne Arnesen OG PIGE Kirsti Arnesdatter '.Pige means single woman.If she was Arnes wife it would show hustr. The marriage of Kersti Arnesdr. in 1815 is meaningless without the husbands name. This could also be Arnes sister Kersti.we do not know.I found no marriage for Arne & Kersti in Grue. Ron

ron the death notice that i found of kersi arnesdatter would that of arne's sister as she was born in 1774 so there should be another death notice for another kersti in grue and that is on the assumption that the arne we have spoken about with the sister kersi is the arne who is the father of andreasole vidar

hey ron i have found another kirsti arnesdatter death notice in grue in 1834 died at the age of 46 1/2 which makes her born in 1788 do you think this is the kirsti i am looking for but i cant read the farm name looks promising because it would mean she was about the same age as arne and if she is the one was she with arne when she died or was arne dead before her this is the linkpage 2 number 105 13 november 1834 Lenke ole vidar

It looks like Skjelmerud which is the farm in Grue that I found that Kirsti Arnesdr before. LenkeI found the other childrens christenings and even at Olias 8 Feb 1840 ( 1st born ) there are only people from Monsrud & Stemsrud as godparents.None of Andreas family which I find very strange.

Hi Ole Are you sure you are chasing the right Andreas Arnesen? I came across another one b.1815 in Hof.See 6 Aug # 2 Parents Arne Arnesen & Marin Olsdr.LenkeThis Andreas married Marthe Mathisdr 30 Sept 1841 in Hof

Olia chr. 21 May 1840 the same day Andreas & Maria married. It is possible Olia is named after Andreas grandmother ( mother of Arne Arnesen )Olia Olsdr.?

Hi Ole It looks like you have the right family.Here is Olea chr. 21 May 1840.1865 she is a tjenestepige on another farm. Arne is married and lives on the same farm as Andreas.Lenke

I found Arne leaving Monsrud for Nes 21 Nov 1864 With him was Anne Marie Arnesdr. who he married. I could not find Andreas & family leaving Grue for Nes. But it would be after Berte was chr.4 Nov 1860 in Grue.

hi ronyes that is arne andreasen moving out of grue which was andreas's son number 4 and in 1865 i have andreas with maria olsdatter at fyhri saeterskov gard in nes akershuse johan andreasen moved out of grue 1866 picture is of johan leaving grue number 24in 1900 i have andreas on the farm rustad in nes with barbra marie andreas dying 6 january 1908 in eidsvoll and barbra dying in fenstad 1902i feel the reason why everybody left grue is probably because there was no family left there so what happened to arne arnesen he must have died earlier before 1865 will try to find when andreas left grue for nesole vidar
