Daniel Pedersen and Gabriel Nilsen Yttre-Aa had guaranteed for the money they had borrowed (120 Norwegian kroner), and this document sayes that Jens P. Hansen and Ole Andr. Hansen Bredvold should have security for their guarantee in the house on the property bought.

That's great!! Is there any indication how much of the farm was sold at that point?

No part of the farm, to be specific. What was sold, was a little house or cabin standing at Hans Olai Mikkelsen's part of Bredvold.
