Vaccinations by Bentzen

I am trying to locate where Herman Olavus Olsen was vaccinated. I loose track of his family from 1843 to 1852. In 1843 his brother is baptized in the Garnison sogn in Olso and in 1852 another brother is baptized in the Domkirke sogn. Herman's marriage records indicate he was vaccinated on 23 Sep. 1845.

I have checked the moving in and out records for both the Garnison sogn and Domkirke sogn. I have searched Oslo for a confirmation record for Herman. I am hoping there is a record of who was performing vaccinations and where they performed them or that a user recognizes the name "Bentsen" or "Bentzen" as someone who vaccinated his or her relative.

 

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

His parents in 1865, and it looks like they still live in the same area as in 1841-43-52.

I have only been able to find 3 children for Ole and Mette. There is a 9 year gap (1843-1852) between the last two. I assume that their last child (born in 1852 Olso Domkirke/Vår Freslers menighet 1850-1857 side 105 ) died but I have not been able to find him in the deaths of the Domkirke sogn or Trefoldighet sogn. I also searched the confirmations for both parishes hoping to find children of Ole Hansen og Mette Marie Olsdatter but I did not find anything.
