Svend Olsen Fjogstad

Can someone help me find the date and place of death for my oldefar, Svend Olsen Fjogstad? Also, I would like to know where he and his wife are buried. Svend was born 26 Feb 1860 Bispeladegård,Hetland. On 7 May 1885, he married Thea Bertine Olsdatter Hodne (St. Petri, Stavanger). Thea Bertine died 10 Jan 1929 at Holen in Hetland. The register states that she was married (not a widow) at the time of her death. I looked in the kirkebøker for Hetland and Stavanger, beginning in 1929, but the records after 1931 are blocked. So, that was as far as I could look. I also checked "Gravminner i Norge" (DIS-Norge).

 

A second question is about one of Sven's daughters, Otilie (f. 1895 Stavanger). In the 1930 U.S. census, she was living in Brooklyn, New York with her husband, Olaf Martin Clock. Sometime after 1930, she returned to Norway. The family story was that she was seriously ill and went home to die. But I can't find any record of her death or burial.
