Help in translation - Ål 1825-1848 parish records

From the birth of Magrethe on 17th of March 1828, I would like some help in

translating the rest of the record. Parents were unmarried at the time of

birth. Does the last note indicate they were to marry?

It sais here they married i 1833.

The last note sais: The information is given by the child's mother and Sevat Thune. The mother's 5.th (children or at least pregnancy out of wedlock) and the father's 2 nd leiermaal.

[And then I cannot figure out what the next word means: 'Vide' (perhaps 'viede' = married?) pagina 1.]

 

It continues: She (was) punished after the 3. leiermaal.
