Bergen in 1884

My grandfather's baptism record refers to the residence 9-99 in Bergen. He was born 6 April and baptized 11 May. His parents were Torgir Andersen Vassbø (a baker) and Malene Andersdatter Blaksæter.

 

Can anyone tell me if there is any mention of this family in the real estate register. I have located the page here:

I don't see their names mentioned, but I am not so good at reading this kind of source. I would appreciate any assistance...

The real estate register states the names of the owners of the house. I do not find Torgeir and his wife in the register. Christian von Krogh bought the house in 1867, and owned it to 1893.

I didn't see Torgir's name there either. But I am not very good at reading these original documents. I guess they were just renting. I was interested in pursuing this mainly because I read an article on the DA about this area of Bergen and a baker who had a business there. My oldefar was a baker. There is a family story that he had his own bakery. But I suspect he did not have the means to own his own shop.
