where are details of Danish Jemtland (its running and government) held on late 16th/ early 17th century period - Copenhagen, Oslo or Stockholm ??.

The answer to your question is that there are bits of material in all three capitals. We have some financial records regarding Jemtland from this period. Some of the material regarding Jemtland is in the Swedish National Archives.

 

However, the main rule is that material regarding "lost territories" are kept in Copenhagen.
