Contact in Froland Area

I am planning a trip to Norway in July/August of this year (2015).  My great-grandfather and great-grandmother emigrated from Norway during the 1850's.  I have a contact in the area of Konsmo, where my great-grandmother lived.  I am looking for a contact in the Froland area, where my great-grandfather  was born and lived.  Henrik Knutsen was born on the Augland farm on June 19, 1827.  I have seen the bygedebøker for Augland and know something of the farm.  The translation is difficult for me.  I want to find out as much as I can and hopefully find someone who might help me find the farm when I visit the Froland area in August.  I appreciate anyone's time and help.
