Birth Record for 1859-1860

Hello,

I am trying to find a birth record for Kristianna Nilsdatter. She showed up in 1865 census and was 6 years old at the time. She has not been found since that one and only record.

Her parents are Nils Nilsen and Johanna Christiansdatter and they lived in Aker and Moss.

Kristianna is not mentioned....

... but is Nils mentioned?  Or is this him emigrating in 1873?

Frithjof Anton was baptized in Østre Aker in 1866:

Kristian Adolf was baptized in Moss in 1869:

Johan Edvin was baptized in Moss in 1872:

They lived in Moss in 1873 according to Nils when he emigrated.

Johanne and the children lived in Aker in 1875 when they emigrated.  

 

So we need to see if we can find when they moved between Moss and Aker to see if Kristianne and Juliane Mathilde are mentioned.  I can't find any of the girls baptisms.

Nils Nilsen and Johanne Marie Christensdater was married  December 26th 1859 in Oslo

According to #6, Nils Nilsen was born May 2 1828 in Stange, Hedmark, and baptized April 12 1828.  He was confirmed October 2 1842.

His parents were Nils Anderson and Berte Eriksdatter.

 

It seems he moved to Moss some time in the autumn 1868.  He had moved several times before that.

 

Additional: 

As far as I'm able to see, he moved from Stange to Kristiania, then to America and back to Kristiania, then to Moss.

So Nils and Johanne got married in Vestre Aker late 1859.

 

According to the 1865 census they lived i Østre Aker with one child, Kristianna.  

 

In 1868 Nils moved to Moss, Johanne and Kristianna are not mentioned togehter with him at this point.

So where were they? 

And if Juliane Mathilde was 11 years old in 1875, she would have been born about 1864.

Thank you for your  help. I do know that Nils came to America at one time, and then he came back and married Johanna in 1859. I know Nils then came back to America to set up a place for her and the children to settle into when she got here in 1875.  Kristianna is a mystery to me. She came out of no where and that one and only time in 1865. I have tried looking for her under Niels Nielsen, Nils Nielsen and Nils Nilsen and Niels Nilsen. He changed his name over time. He is buried under the name Niels NIlsen but everyone knew him as Nils Nilsen/Nelson changed to Nelson in Wisconsin.

For whatever reason m Gr Uncle William ( Bill) put Johanna's last name Larson on his marriage certificate. I even tried looking for Kristianna under that name Johanna Larson/Larsdatter

 

I cant find a death record either. So no clue unless the records are lost or she never passed away and stayed in Norway for whatever reason when Johanna came to America.
