Apparently I have posted this request more than once.  I apologize. I am trying to maneuver my way through the website which has been difficult.  

 

I am trying to figure out what my 2 x's grandfather has been arrested for.

[Carl-Henry Geschwind]

This is his next prison record, for sentence beginning 10 May 1910. The top information is mostly the same, except he now no longer has a fixed address in Kristiania, and his occupation is "clothes collector" (probably more like a rags collector).

 

He is now sentenced under paragraphs 317 and 318 for "haleri" (I do not know what that is), committed on 11 Apr 1910. He was sentenced 6 May 1910 to 8 months less 15 days, sentence to last until 26 Dec 1910. He was released 61 days early, on 26 Oct 1910, on probation. Once again he worked as a painter while in prison, and his behavior was good.

 

On the next page it states that, after his last release from prison on 21 May 1909, he spent 4 months in Hadeland, and since then has for the most part been in Kristiania, where he has occasionally worked as a clothes collector. The record then notes that a brother had also been sentenced to prison, but nobody in the family has been feeble-minded.

 

The last three entries appear to deal with how this record moved through the bureaucracy.
