Please note that on geni.com it's mentioned a son Adam born on 23 February 1793. When I look closer at Adam's "profile" his given birth place in the "husholdningsundersøkelser" is Floby. I have found the birth at baptism record for Adam in Floby parish, and Adam's parents are  Anders Palmström and Susanna Moberg:

Not sure now, where I found it, but if I remember where I found link, I will let you know. Bösta, Västerbotten, Sweden is near Ersmark and Umea. We are pretty sure the family originally came from Sweden. Cheers

Hi Grethe Flood. Not sure about Adam Palmstrom with the parents mentioned. Can you search for Johan Peter Palmstrom’s baptism in Sweden, from about 1755-1770?  Maybe Bösta, Västerbotten, Sweden which is near Ersmark and Umeaa or Borås, Västra Götaland County, Sweden? Thx Fetchitnow

I found this - 14th January 1783 a Johan Palmstrom had a boy named Johannes Palmstrom in  SODERHAMN, GAVLEBORG, SWEDEN and was married to a Catharina Holm. Maybe his 1st marriage, before he left for Kristiansand, Norway????? Thx

Hi again. What is a males name with the initials Brt. ( Palmstrom ) stand for? Maybe - Burkhardt, Burkhart, Bertolt, Bertenius, Bertelius, Bert, Bertel, Brent, Bernth, Bart,Bernhardt, Berndt, Bergithon, Bergeton, Bergeton, Berent, Berendt.

 

Or would the name start with B have an R in the middle and end with a T?
