Trying to find information on Ola Vrålson

Trying to find information on Ola Vrålson, his parents and siblings.  Ola was the husband of Sova Alvsdotter (1698-1784) from Vinje parish in Telemark.  I have access to the Roldal Bygdebok but not ones from VInje parish or Telemark.  Ola and Sova were married 14 Nov 1726 in Vinje parish.  The record appears to say he is from Opgaarden farm- the only farm in Telemark I can find with that name is in Kviteseid parish.  Would appreciate any information on the family from the associated bygdebok or other sources.

It says here that Ola Vrålson had a sister Kristi and if you look at the baptism in entry #3, there is one Kristi Vrålsdatter among the godparents.

Thanks for the reply Grethe.  I apologize- I should have included more information.   I also had found the GENI profile you mentioned.  It listed his children as Vetle, Liv, and Halvor.  I used digitalarkvivet and also found the baptismal records for Vetle, Ola, and Halvor.   I agree it's likely Kristi mentioned in Ola's baptismal record may have been one of his aunts,  The GENI profile said he was born to Vrål Olavson (Haukelid) (b.1593, d.1657) and Sissel Tarjelsdotter (Haukelid)(b.1616, d. 1664).  And that his siblings were Kristi and Gunhild.  However, I am suspicious as the GENI profile says he Ola was born in 1631 which doesn't match up at all with the birth of his children or his marriage to Sova.  It's more likely that Ola should have been born around 1670-1690.  The birth and death dates of his parents also seem to be too old.  I am guessing that perhaps the Vråls Olavson might have had a son named Vråls born around 1630 and that Ola was his son.

 

I was wondering if someone had access to a digital copy of Vinje Bygdebok and could check some of these farms.  Vrål's baptismal record says his father is from Opegaard.  The GENI profile says he was from Uppgaarden.  I'm guessing that might be the current day farm of Uppigard near Edland in Vinje parish.  The GENI profile says his parents and siblings were from Haukelid- I'm guessing that they mean the Haukeli area- but there is no farm by that name in Oluf Rygh listing.  GENI profile says Ola's father died on the Vinje farm in Vinje parish.  I searched probate records and I found that Kristi died in 1701 on Vinje indre farm in Vinje parish so Vinje farm is probably a good place to search.

Grethe- I also looked at the Rentekammeret til 1814 records for Vinje parish and found a notation that says the "Opgaarden Houchelj" farm can be traced to farm #96 which is the Utgarden i Haukeli farm.  So hoping perhaps that might help someone who could help me find if Ola Vrålsen's father is not Vrål Olavson but perhaps his son (Vrål)???!!
