I am looking to know what this abbreviation means on Norwegian census  records

I guess the S is an abbreviation for sønn = son, i.e. the person is the son of the head of the household.

The %% notation means that the words in between have been erased. In this case, "Lærer gdbr" has been written in the wrong column, then erased and rewritten in the correct column.

Yes, that is the person in question! 

#7 Sigvart Reierson is my great grandfather.  I am trying to understand the other relations.  I am also looking to my origin of Reierson name.
