Calendar for Trinity & Lent dates etc.

I am looking for a method of translating the dates on these records to the more familiar calendar.  Is there a site that helps with this?

From 1753, I think the calendars are much the same for all of  Western Europe and North America

From 1700 to 1752/53 England (with colonies) and Sweden deviated.
