I could use a little help in translating John Olsen's birth record found here:

If someone could help me with the word associated with John's name, the witness's names, titles, and residences, and the comments at the end of record, I would be grateful.

I'm completely stumped by the abbreviations used at the beginning of the witnesses names.

there are no "of" (or similar) in the parents' names.  These are farm names used as surnames.
