Elise Andrea Lepsøe

My grandmother Elise Andrea Lepsøe, born 22 May 1879 in Trondheim, is listed in an document as having father named Martinus Johannesen Lepsö. The reference that I have from Ancestry.com is The National Archives of Norway - Arkivverket; Norway; Church Books 1815-1960; Reference Number: SAT/A-1456/601/L0064.

I also have an original hand written attestation dated 8 Sep 1902 (the date that Elise was married) that gives her birthdate 22 May 1879, confirmation date 30 Sep 1894, and this document lists "Fader: Martinius Johannessen Lepsö, d/s tjener

Later in the document it says (the best that I can decipher) S an forlanse s indtegnet: N Rerinhold Lepsöe Nedre Möllenberg i gd. 88 og c. Christoffersen, Nidarr lund Nyneien,

Elise's mother was Matidle Christine Christoffersen, and Mathide's father was Christofer Christofersen, 1823 - 1872.

So the question: Is Elise's father Martinius Johannessen Lepsö, or, as recorded in later documents, Nicolai Reinholdt Lepsöe, who was married to Mathilde Christine Cristoffersen in 1881, 2 years after Elise's birth?

Birth in church book (no 10) lists father as bachelor d/s tjener Nikolai Reinhold Lepsø:

There is a skipper/lods (seacaptain/pilot) Martinus Johannesen Hepsø (not Lepsø) living in Bakklandet at the same time, but he is married to a woman named Olga Therese Sivertsen. He was a merchant at the time of his marriage (no 3):
