Help in researching the origins of the surname "Schwingelski"

Hello everybody. My name is Evgeny Shvingelsky and I am from Belarus. I am very interested in the origin of my surname, there are no more people on the Internet with such a surname and I am puzzled. I recently managed to find a person with my last name, but in German: "Schwingelski". Here is the link to the archive: This is the woman's maiden name and that's all I could find. Can you give me any advice on how to find at least some other information about people with this last name?

I see that theres not much to find on that name, theres one: Dora Therese Louise born Schwingelski, who is registered in Bergen in 1922, but she is born in Berlin and German: https://www.digitalarkivet.no/census/person/pf01065522015032 From Ancestry in "Arolsen Archives. Registration of Foreigners and German Persecutees by Public Institutions, Social Securities and Companies (1939-1947)." also find one polish inhabitant Michael Schwingelski born 1914. But cant seem to find much else?

It is a very unique name. Ancestry.com has millions of records but not one for a Shvingelsky. And only one for Schwingelski.
