[Kristine Jones]

In 2003 Svein Hansen and Geir Kamsvaag Berntsen had a conversation about my mother, Julie Karoline Hodkinson ( Kluck)

She was born on 29 July 1915 to Marie Magdalene Kluck ( Karlsen) and Wilhelm Kluck in the Bergen area. She moved to Wales in 1936 and married my father Gershon Hodkinson in 1939. She was not able to return to Norway until after ww2 around 1946, by which time my Grandmother had moved to Oslo ( probably in 1940) 

Sorry that I don’t speak Norwegian but I had this information from a family member recently acquainted.

Thank you Matthias, for this information. I was trying to find out why Svein Hansen was looking for my mother Julie Karoline Kluck ( born 29 July 1915) in 2002/3. I think I tried to reach out to him before a number of years ago, but never had a reply . I am the Kikki on the death notice of my grandmother  Marie Kluck, in 1966.
