Mange takk! Your translation was the key to finding Oline Rostad: The information about "Bakklandet" helped me find Anna Marie's sister -- Oline. I hunted everywhere in the Vår Frue and Trondheim records for Oline because the rest of her many family members' births were recorded there. So the birthplace of Anna Marie (even though her birth record was recorded in the Vår Frue book) was Baklandet. I found Oline Rostad's birth and baptism record in the Baklandet record here (she is #61):

It happened...  Hard to say how often. Someone has to count. In this page we see one from Lademoen (at this time part of Lade/Strinda sokn),

and on the next page one more from Bakklandet. If we check the street names, we might find that some belongs to Domkirken sogn.

 

This was i 1867. In 1877 a royal decree (kongelig resolusjon) regulated the practice, mainly to get the statistics right.

Apparently, it was so frequent that regulation was found necessary.
