Translation needed of text with photo in Oslo politikammer, Kriminalavdelingen photo album

I apologize for posting in English. I have found a photo of an individual who might be my great-grandfather in this photo archive, and need help with a translation of the text below his photo, or a transcription of the handwriting so I can try to translate the Norwegian. Thanks so much, that's a huge help.  I was able to translate your transcription with Google translator to something that seems plausible: "Fisherman b. 24/1 63 in Henningsvær, residence Vardø. Released [from] the penitentiary prison 12/2 91 where, according to Vardø lower court 24 / 7-89 [he] was sentenced to 1 year and 3 months of penal servitude for aggravated and simple theft. Previously punished once."  My great-grandfather did live in Vardo (by 1900 he was a skipper of a vessel that would be lost in a storm in 1908). This birth date is incorrect (according to the census info, he was born 1856/1857) but someone just sent me a link to a longer criminal record (I think from this same offense) that looks as though it might list his parents:  https://www.digitalarkivet.no/db10101603300042

So a bit puzzling, but very interesting.

That is definitely his family, so there is just an anomaly between his birth date in the criminal record and his age in the baptismal record & the census--but I see in the baptismal record it's the same birthday, Jan. 24.  They moved by 1865 to Lødingen.  Thanks again for your help!
