Please translate the text for trolovede for Ole Povelsen and Brynil Nielsdatter trolovede. They had a son, Jens, 17 June 1794 who is marked ugæte (spelling?).

They were married when they got their son Jens in 1795:

Yes, I am trying to trace my ancestry on the Rostad (Americanized spelling). So far I have found everyone up to Jens Olssen, so am working on his parents and grandparents. I can't seem to find his confirmation even after meticulously going through the records where his birth and his sister's are recorded. My maiden name is Rostad and I am married to a man whose heritage is from Moster. My mother's relatives are from the island of Averøy and I have found most of them.

There should be a probate record of Brynild Nilsdtr. as she was married as a widow. I think the is born outside of Inderøy parish as I could not find her birth record. There are two candidates of Ole Paulsen bn in 1768 so based on the information I know at the moment I do not know if it could be one of them.

 

None of them died in Inderøy in the time period 1802-1830 so the probably passed away later or moved out of the parish.

May I ask if you surname is linked to Inderøy and Jems Rostad that emigrated in 1910?

7th of June (hard to say if there is a 1 in front of the 7, I think it is the 7th) engaged  bachelor and reserve "dragon" soldier Ole Poulsen with widow Brynil Nilsdtr.
