Reiste med Angelo til New York 06.05.1881. Finner dem ikke igjen men  fant søsteren til  Johannes,  Marie OLsdatter d. 1896 Fredonia Logan North Dakota (hun var gift med en fra Nes Hedmark som ikke emigrerte.
