Academic transcript

Greetings, 

My Name is Banafsheh h Nabizadeh born 17/12/1971. 

I am currently applying to a graduate/master program and need my academic transcript from den gamle Ullevål sykepleier høgskolen. 
I was graduated in 1998 as a registered Nurse. I was told by Oslo-Met student info.  that my academic transcripts are possibly kept in the archive. 
Would you please advice me how I can find my documents?

We have archives from Ullevål sykepleierhøgskole until it merged into Høgskolen i Oslo in 1994.

 

We have received newer electronic archives from Høgskolen in Oslo, but these archives are meant to be served by Høgskolen i Oslo, which now is a part of Oslo-Met. So I’m afraid you have to contact Oslo-Met again.

 

(For ordering material from our archives one has to use schemes this forum just gives advices.)
