Throndhjem 1875 census translation

I am not sure this is the correct area to ask for some translation/confirmation.

My great grandmother is Gyda Marie Ottesen as notied in the 1875 census here:

Her mother is Randi Ottesen and is enumerated above Gyda. There is some writing that is in the last column which I cannot understand, as I don't know much Norwegian except for reading parish records.

The transcription is:

Roskone for Reservepleierne?? Delvis understøttet af Fattigvæsenet for 2 Børn

But on the page at the bottom there is a woman who is 072 Marie Gøresen and there is some writing with Randi Ottesen's name as part of it.(no transcription).

I believe the woman looks after Gyda Marie.

Could someone guide me as to where I should ask for or provide a translation?

Welcome to the forum. (and I think it is the right one.)

 

"Roskone"  (Rådskone) is a housekeeper.

"Delvis understøttet af Fattigvæsenet for 2 Børn" : partly supported by the poor relief for 2 children.

"for Reservepleierne" is not correctly transcribed (there is no p),  "Reserve-"  (substitute; back-up) seems to be right,

and the rest difficult to read. It migth be "Reservetienerne" (with a ?) - whatever that means.

 

Gyda is written after her mother, without number, and then the number (72)  is added at the end.

The numbering was important for the counting of individuals (after all, it is a census).

No.71: Maria Gørresen, "Tjenestepige hos Kone Randi Ottesen nævnt øverst paa Siden"
(servant girl/maid-of-all-work for R.O., mentioned at the top of the page).  She is a widow, born 1827, not mentioned as supported by the poor relief.

It may be that she - among other things - looks after Gyda. The title, however, is not specific. After all, Gyda is 10 years and

represents a little work force (this is 1875), rather than someone to look after.
