Thank you both!

Now I got it.

Both Tønnes, Peder and Peter came from the same family. The family who were tanners for four generations in Stavanger. The Michaelsen who owned much land in Gamle Stavanger where now the Canning Museum lies. 

I got lost in the same names for several generations, and it is right that "your" Peter is the nephew of "my" Peter.

But both of them is interesting, because i am seaching for living decendants who might have photos ro painting for the old men, women or buidlings in  Stavanger. This is a forgotten chapter in Stavanger's history, and as a author I want to see if I might get something about the family that can enable me to write a book about what happened. 

I am so sorry that I did not knew this, an that I maybe led you away from the target. But if you have something more about hte family, I will be very happy to know 🙂
